Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid educational programs offered by Web Service Craft. This website does not process payments; refunds relate to enrollments completed through our separate invoice or enrollment agreement.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if you cancel before the program access start date stated in your enrollment confirmation, or within 7 calendar days after the start date if you have completed less than 20% of self-paced modules and have not attended a live clinic.

Timeframe to request

Refund requests must be emailed to contact@webservicecraft.digital within the eligibility window, including your full name, invoice number, and program name.

Full and partial refunds

Full refund: Available when cancellation occurs before access starts, or within the 7-day window with unused clinic seats and under 20% module completion. Partial refund: If you have attended one clinic but otherwise meet early cancellation conditions, we may refund the tuition minus a ₩80,000 clinic seat fee. After 7 days from start, or after two clinics, refunds are generally not available.

Non-refundable items

Custom firm materials produced for an Assurance Atelier cohort, third-party exam fees (if any are arranged separately), and completed private file clinics are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

1) Email your request with invoice details. 2) We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. 3) Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. 4) You receive written confirmation of the amount and reference.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds typically appear within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payer via the same method used for the enrollment invoice (bank transfer or card). We do not issue cash refunds at the Songpa office.

Cancellation by Web Service Craft

If we cancel a cohort or cannot deliver a purchased clinic window, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra charge.

Exceptions

Documented medical or family emergencies may be considered for goodwill credits outside the standard window, at our discretion. Credits are typically valid for 12 months and are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
